We’re the right builder for you.
The Georgia General Assembly created the State Licensing Board for Residential and General Contractors to regulate individuals engaged in construction contracting.
Applicants for licensure must pass a two-part examination covering the license they are seeking and business and law.
Our work in the construction field began right here in Fayette and Coweta counties, where we learned the trades on job sites and built a reputation for quality and reliability.
We began as Reflections Painting, working as a painting subcontractor. Those early years established our core values: show up, do it the right way, and stand behind the work.
As our capabilities grew, we earned a Residential Basic General Contractor’s License, allowing us to take full responsibility for remodels and structural improvements.
As our capabilities expanded, we obtained dual licenses, enabling us to take on larger, more complex projects with greater responsibility and expertise.
At Reflections Contracting, it’s our exceptional team that truly makes it happen. From the moment you contact us, you’ll be greeted with warmth and professionalism that sets us apart. Whether it’s the attention to detail in our craftsmanship or the thoughtful recommendations from our design experts, we go above and beyond to exceed your expectations.
Imagine working with a contractor who believes in the power of community so strongly that they prioritize positive outcomes where the client always wins.
Peachtree City is our home; it’s where we all live, and it’s where we’re raising our kids, and building our families.
We’re going to see you at the grocery store, at school performances, at the playground, at local events, etc., and we want you to be just as happy to see us then as you were the day you signed your contract.
Every homeowner begins a remodeling, addition, or new construction project from a different starting point.
Some come to us with a vision; others come to us with a full set of plans; others are still exploring what’s possible.
We adapt to where you’re at, so you get the right level of guidance, design support, and construction expertise from day one.

To safeguard the privacy of our business and clients, Reflections Contracting does not publicly share full insurance policies. Instead, we’ll provide a Certificate of Liability Insurance (COI) upon request from prospective clients, outlining our active coverages: General Liability, Auto, Umbrella, and Workers’ Compensation, along with confirming policy details and limits for the 2025-2026 term.
For projects with construction costs exceeding $150,000, we add extra protection with a builder’s risk policy. This insurance covers buildings, materials, fixtures, and equipment against damage or theft during construction or renovation, including risks such as fire, vandalism, and, in some cases, wind or hail. Coverage lasts from project start to completion or occupancy, ensuring comprehensive protection for our clients throughout construction.

This certification demonstrates proficiency in the fundamentals of erosion and sediment control, understanding of the Georgia Erosion & Sedimentation Act, and compliance with NPDES Permits.
Level 1A Certified Personnel are trained to properly install, maintain, and inspect best management practices (BMPs) on construction sites, ensuring effective field maintenance, protection of stream buffers, and the implementation of both vegetative and structural BMPs.
This certification is essential for contractors, builders, developers, site superintendents, grading and utility contractors, and monitoring consultants responsible for environmental stewardship on construction projects.
A Level I-R (Residential) Septic Tank Installer certified by the Georgia Department of Public Health is licensed to install, modify, or repair on-site sewage management systems for residential properties.
This certification confirms that the installer has passed a state exam on regulations, ensuring that septic systems are installed to code to protect groundwater and public health.
Level I-R installers must be at least 18 years old, pass the Residential Exam, be employed by a certified company, and renew their certification every two years with continuing education.
This credential is required for the legal installation or repair of residential septic systems in Georgia, and installers must comply with all applicable state regulations.
